Real State in Rio de Janeiro Brazil - for investors

As you know, the Rio de Janeiro will host major events in the coming years. Last week, already had the Rio +20. But the most anticipated is the World Cup in 2014, which we have the famous Maracanã Stadium, and the Olympics Games in 2016, where every effort will be concentrated here. But other events have been held here since at least 2010, as we see in the image below taken from the site Rio-Business:

Besides the big events, we now have a large concentration of the pre-salt basins (offshore oil exploration), leveraging the very economy of this city and its surroundings. Thus, the entire state of Rio de Janeiro has received a large injection of money to improve their infrastructure and can adapt to urban growth expected. Transoeste, Transolímpica, Transcarioca, Metropolitan Ring Road (Arco Metropolitano) from Rio de Janeiro are just a few investments in transportation. Not to mention the UPPs that, without getting into ideologies or political, is a landmark in this city. Again I turn to site Rio-Business and BNDES to better illustrate this:

" R$ 614 billion in investments is estimated for the next year, representing a growth of 59% over the period  of 2006-2009.  The oil and gas sector alone accounts for 62% of these investments.The four major sectors (oil and gas, mining, steel and petrochemicals) represent 84% of future investment in the country and consider Rio de Janeiro as their strategic partner.

For all that, there is great demand for residential and commercial properties. Besides an increase in hotelarias apartments and flat type residence.

It is no wonder that real estate values here were the fastest growing in Brazil! And this trend seems to continue, against the most pessimistic.

We can not predict the future, but what I have seen in the brokerage agency in which I work, the fight to get a unit is huge! When a release, nearly 90% on average of the units already sold. And then prices have begun to appreciate. Want an example? Last week, I got the same 2 ( two ) commercial offices in Jacarepagua (neighborhood of the city of Rio de Janeiro, near Barra da Tijuca) in pre-launch, and have had a total value of $ @ @ @ @ in each unit. And last week got another  commercial  unity, as a total value of $ @ @ @ @. This speaking in a few days ... For a longer time, I cite another example. Two years ago, a client of mine purchased a commercial room, here in Jacarepagua, and now your property appreciated over 100%.

Reading articles by some economists, this natural recovery is due to high demand that is already starting to happen! And look at all projects and economic infrastructure are not yet ready. So, there is still plenty of room for everyone.

That's why I'm still getting my clients requests for proposals for investment, and have increased my clientele up out of my state and my country.

If you are interested in purchasing a property here, either for investment or not, and does not yet have a local broker, then please contact me by e-mail. Surely, you will be well guided by the whole team to which I belong. I'll give you tips on when and where you should invest, according to his purpose. We will send you all the documentation and step-by-step necessary.

The Rio still beautiful ...
